How does the payment process work?

If you have organised an instant booking or booking request you will be asked to authorise payment prior to sending through your request.

The cost will be based on the pricing information provided by the venue. For an instant booking, the value will be removed from your account immediately and an invoice will be forwarded onto you via email.

For a booking request, an authorised hold will be placed on your account for the value displayed at checkout. This will be fully processed once the venue has approved the booking request. Should the venue not be able to accept the booking request, the authorisation will be cancelled and the funds returned to your account.
