An Online Booking Request means that the customer has reviewed your space and decided that they would like to proceed with an instant booking. It is an optional method for customers to reach out to your spaces and can be toggled on and off.
You will be sent the booking details and will be required to respond to it as soon as possible. Due to the nature of online bookings, all booking requests will expire after 48 hours.
Additionally, customers who have had their Online Booking Request accepted will have already approved payment for your space, which will then be forwarded to you on check-in day. To make it even easier, all customers will have agreed to your terms upon booking, so no separate legal agreements are required from you.
We encourage you to directly communicate with your customer and confirm all details and expectations with them beforehand.
