      What kind of data or insights will I receive about customer inquiries and bookings?

      In the Reporting Section, you can customise the date range for the reports you would like to generate. The insights available include:

      • Number of searches
      • Listing views Number of enquiries
      • Enquiry value
      • Response rate
      • Response time
      Please note, this feature is available until December 2024 for all users. Starting January 2025, it will be exclusive to Marketplace and NoConcierge subscribers.
