What is the difference between a Marketplace and Concierge enquiry?

Marketplace enquiries are submitted directly by a client who has discovered your venue on VenueNow. The subject line will read 'VenueNow Marketplace Enquiry' See below Marketplace enquiry example:

Concierge enquiries are submitted directly by a VenueNow sales team member. The subject line will read 'Concierge Enquiry' and the concierge team members details will appear in the signature at the bottom of the email. Generally, our concierge team have proactively recommend your venue to our client and the client has subsequently requested a quote. See below Concierge enquiry example:
