Where can I see all of my enquiries and bookings?

All of your incoming enquiries and bookings can be found on our Venue Dashboard. 

You can manage your listings, inbound enquiries and booking requests online with just a few clicks. What's more, once you have accepted an enquiry or have a booking for your space, you will get visibility on your customers' contact information.

Some key details you'll be able to see include:

  • Date and Time
  • Number of Attendees
  • Activity Type
  • Space Receiving the Enquiry or Booking
  • Budget Amount
  • Date Enquiry or Booking is Received
  • Status


You can also choose to set up email and SMS notifications to help you keep on top of everything that comes through.
