How do I refund a customer for Online Bookings?

To refund a customer, go to Bookings in your dashboard. Once you have found your booking, you can expand the selection by clicking the arrow button. You can then click ‘Options’ and select ‘Cancel Booking.’

Providing the booking follows the cancellation policy, the customer will be automatically refunded once the booking is cancelled. For refunds outside of the cancellation policy, you will need to communicate and issue this directly to the customer.
