How do I contact a customer?

Once a customer makes a booking or you accept an incoming enquiry, you will be provided with their verified email address and phone number.

We highly encourage you to contact customers over the phone to ensure that expectations are set for the event and information is shared in a timely manner.

If you have tried contacting the customer multiple times with no response, you can make a mark that you have reached out by going to your enquiry or booking on the dashboard.
