How do I contact a customer?
To contact a customer, the process varies depending on your plan: For users on the Marketplace or NoConcierge plans, you will be able to access the customer's contact details immediately upon receiving their enquiry. For those on a commission-based plan, the customer's contact information will become available once you have accepted and responded to the enquiry. Please note, if you choose to decline the enquiry, you will not be granted access to the customer's contact details.
