Do I have to use the online booking method?

The online booking method is optional, so you don't have to use it.

We found that this feature is best suited for smaller spaces (e.g. meeting rooms, boardrooms or private dining) or venues with fixed rates (e.g. minimum spends, per-head or fixed hourly/daily pricing).

Similar to the enquiry process, the online booking method allows venues to review and accept bookings as they wish. However, it removes the need to collect payments or send agreements as this functionality is built-in.

Note, you can select which spaces can be booked online. If you choose the online booking functionality, the fee charged is 10% of the total payment processed for Essential or Professional Plans, or 20% for the Starter Plan.
