Get an understanding of how to analyse your venue's performance over time
Venue Dropdown
At the top of your reporting dashboard is a dropdown to select which venue(s) you'd like to view metrics for. By default, this is set to "All Venues Combined" which combines the data for all of the venues associated with your company. If you'd like to view metrics just for one venue associated with your company, you can select that specific venue from the venue dropdown.
Time Period Selector
By default, your reporting dashboard will be set to analyse data from the last 30 days and compare that data to the previous 30 days. If you'd like to view data for a different time period, there are a number of pre-set time periods that you can select, including:
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 365 days
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Year
- Custom Range
By selecting "Custom Range" you can select a custom start and end date to analyse using the date fields on the right or selecting a start and end date on the calendar view.
For each time period you select, the percentages displayed on the top cards will compare the previous time period of the same length (eg. Last 60 days vs Previous 60 days).
Reporting Start Dates
The metrics displayed on your reporting dashboard have different reporting start dates, depending on when VenueNow started tracking each metric. The start dates will be the oldest of the following dates:
- When VenueNow started tracking that metric across the whole platform
- When your VenueNow listing was published
See below for the dates that VenueNow started tracking each metric:

If you do not have any landing page views, this means that your listings are not featured on any VenueNow landing pages. If you would like to appear on a landing page (eg. The 10 Best Christmas Party Venues in Sydney), you can reach out to your account manager.

Marketplace vs Concierge Enquiries
There are two types of enquiries you can receive via VenueNow - Marketplace enquiries and Concierge Enquiries.
Marketplace enquiries are sent from the client and can come from a number of sources including:
- Enquiries submitted via your listings
- Enquiries submitted via the client's enquiry "Thank you page"
- Enquiries submitted via a "Wishlist"
Concierge enquiries are enquiries where the VenueNow team are assisting the client with venue recommendations, collecting quotes and assisting with their booking. Concierge enquiries are typically for corporate events above $5,000. For Concierge enquiries, you are engaging directly with a VenueNow team member.
Note: Enquiries started to be tracked from the 20th February 2023
Enquiry Value & Cumulative Enquiry Value
Enquiry value represents the client's budget that was submitted as part of their enquiry. Cumulative enquiry value is the sum of the client's budget for enquiries over the time period you have selected.
