To block out dates for your venue, follow these steps:
1. Create a calendar block on your Google Calendar for the dates when your venue is unavailable.
2. Log in to your VenueNow account and navigate to your profile by clicking on your initials.
3. Click on Calendar Links, select the space you'd like to link, and then click Next. After that, choose Add Calendar.
4. Authorise your calendar by following the prompts, then click Next.
5. Select the calendar you just created and click Save. Alternatively, if you'd prefer assistance, simply reach out to our support team with the specific dates you'd like blocked, and we'll take care of it for you.
