Do I get access to the customers details when I receive an enquiry?
Yes, you do. If you are on a Marketplace or NoConcierge subscription, the client's contact details will be displayed on your dashboard straight away, without needing to respond to the enquiry. If you are on a commission-based plan, you will receive a notification in your inbox. The client's contact details will become visible on your dashboard once you have responded to the enquiry. You can reply directly through your inbox or log in to your account to respond via your dashboard.
