Who do I contact if I have issues with my booking?

If you have already secured a booking for a space, we encourage you reach out to the venue and try to resolve the issue with them directly.

To contact the venue, go to your Dashboard and click on Booked.

Choose the booking for the particular venue and click on the drop-down arrow to reveal the booking details. Once that’s done, just click on Actions and select Contact Venue.

Alternatively, you can also contact the venue by clicking Contact Venue on your Booking Confirmation email.
