What is the refund policy?

Each venue has their own regulations around cancelling and refunding bookings and are set via their Online Booking Policies. 

Additionally, we offer a Peace of Mind Guarantee that allows you to cancel your booking within 24 hours of submitting your booking request for a full refund.
