What happens when I make an Online Booking Request?

Generally you would make an online booking request when you've searched for a space and are ready to immediately book one that you've found. When you send through an Online Booking Request, you authorise payment for the space via VenueNow.

The venue is then sent the details of the event, including the number of attendees, the activity type, the space selected, the budget and more.

If the booking is approved, you'll be notified and payment will automatically processed. You can then go right ahead with the booking and the venue will contact you directly for further steps.

If the booking is rejected, you'll be notified and the pending payment from your card will be cancelled. We will send through some alternative spaces for you to view so you can get straight back into searching.
