Am I able to get a refund if I'm not happy with a booking?

It is our goal to ensure that you are connected with the best venue for your event.

If you are not happy with your booking, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can investigate the issue. We advise you to provide as much information on the issue to ensure a timely outcome. You can either call us at 1300 647 488 or email us at customers@venuenow.com.au.

After the investigation, if we find that the venue has breached the terms of service or falsely described the workspace, we’ll then organise a refund.

Please note that all decisions regarding refunds are strictly made by VenueNow.
