Yes, enquiries do expire.
To avoid the enquiry expiring, click "Show More" within 72 hours of receiving the enquiry on your Dashboard. This will allow you to view the contact information of the customer including phone number and email address. If you don't click "Show More" within this time frame, the contact details will no longer be visible once it expires.
The purpose of this is to ensure the customers receive a prompt response and are able to connect with the venue to book their event.
