What happens if I don’t accept an enquiry?

When you receive an enquiry on VenueNow you will be able to review information such as the customer's budget, event date and time, number of people, layout, activity/event type, required extras and the customer's first name.

Pro plan venues will also see "Premium insights" including the customer's industry, company size, the number of other venues the enquiry has been sent to and the customer's decision timeline.

Once you have reviewed the enquiry you can make a decision to "unlock" the enquiry and view the customer's contact details for $50 or reject the enquiry by clicking "No thanks". Alternatively, if you do not respond within 72 hours, the enquiry will be automatically rejected. If you reject an enquiry you will not be charged.

If the enquiry is rejected, VenueNow will notify the customer that you are unable to take the enquiry.
