Am I required to issue an invoice to the customer?

If the customer has sent an enquiry to your venue, you will need to accept the enquiry to receive their verified contact information.

Once you've done this, the customer is now yours, so you may make contact to send an event quotation and move to contract. You will be required to send an invoice to confirm.

Alternatively, if the customer has chosen to make an Instant Online Booking or Online Booking Request then there is no need to issue an invoice. Our online booking processes will handle all payments and invoicing for you.
