What's the difference between an enquiry, a booking request and an instant booking?

Our platform offers customers a lot of flexibility when it comes to reaching out to the venue.

Enquiry: we define enquiries as when customers make a request to contact the venue to clarify details about one of their spaces. Whether this is to enquire about the price, ask questions about the layout and amenities at the space or clarify finer details, these are all included as an enquiry.

Booking Request: A booking request means that the customer has searched and looked through spaces and are ready to book one that you found. Sometimes, we don't have up-to-date availability information for the venue so we'll send them a request to approve the booking before it's finalised.

Instant Booking: Exactly what it sounds like. We have up-to-date availability for the space, allowing customers to book immediately.
