There could be a number of reasons a venue may not accept your enquiry.
We find that the main reasons tend to be either your budget doesn't match the venue's requirements or your date is inflexible the venue may not be available on the selected date or time.
To assist you with inputting a realistic budget, we've created a Customer Budget Guide that you can access during the enquiry and booking process. This will analyse data we've gathered on similar events and events held at that venue in the past to give you an indication of the expected cost prior to you sending off your enquiry.
We'll make sure to notify you by email if the venue decides not to accept your enquiry and the reason for doing so. To make your search easier, we'll also send through a list of spaces that could also be suitable for your proposed event.
